wordless wednesday: it’s only hair

by jenn on August 1, 2012

On August 31st I’m shaving my head to raise money for World Vision Australia. My goal is to raise $1000 in 31 days.

Please dig deep. You can visit my Everyday Hero sponsorship page here.

I’m a very social butterfly today; playing linky with
Twinkle in the Eye, My Little Drummer Boys and Sakura Haruka
for Wordless Wednesday.

You’re so brave with your hair choices! I’m too much of a woose to be too dramatic lol. You rock the baldy badger look. Good for you :-)

You’re such a gorgeous thing!!! I’m debating on whether to go short again… I’m WELL over due for a cut!
It’s a wonderful thing you’re doing… I’ll be sure to spread the word xo

I LOVE making drastic hair changes. Problem is it’s much easier to go one way that the other! THanks for your support x

Wow! That’s awesome! You’re so lucky to be one of those people that can get away with a shaved head!
Good luck with the fundraising! I’m fundraising for World Vision too!

You have rocked your head in every single form I can imagine! Good for you going the cue ball. You look like Sinead O’Connor wished she still did!

What an awesome thing to do , I am shaving my head next week but for a much different reason (chemo and I’ll be going bald anyway).
I think running for World Vision is more my style.

When I used to be an oncology nurse we had loads of patients that chose to shave their heads themselves. I think it helps to be able to control something in an otherwise frightening and unpredictable time. Good for you for shaving it all off :)
I’ll be thinking of you next week x

You totally rocked your short hair Jenn. I thought it was you at the Bloggers BRunch who shaved her head for World Vision but i wasn’t 100% sure and my Memory is terrible on chemo.
I had to come home and check ;) .
